I've ordered delivery from this location over a dozen times. Last time, my wife and I decided to order a different bread on the sandwiches we always get. Big mistake. My "gargantuan" when switched to wheat becomes a tiny square sandwich that costs a dollar more. Her turkey club switched to French bread and now becomes a sub? NOWHERE on their website does it indicate this. Don't believe me? Check it out. "Clubs" have sandwiches pictured and subs have subs pictured. Turns out that's just some idiot's way of designing a website. Upon receiving our order and seeing how we got ripped off ($30 for 2 pathetic excuses for sandwiches) I immediately called the store. After numerous attempts of nobody answering or being put on infinite hold, I decided to "contact us" on their website. I gave all of my contact info and my entire story, and over a week later NOBODY has contacted me. Apparently they have better things to do than tend to customers they know they took advantage of.) When your business is making sandwiches(something my 5 year old can do AND is better at) you should at least make a small effort to please your customers, otherwise your existence as a business is pointless.

my office got a free sample of subs today and they were delicious! then we ordered more for lunch and the delivery was super fast!

Jimmy johns of course when your super hungry like right now... Right now... You call them... When they pick up the phone they are super nice. Yes they deliver... I think something might be wrong with their website server.... Because when you put in certain addresses it says that they won't deliver.. Even though your down the street so if in doubt call.... Beware though.... The drivers are always for some reason mad... Even when you tip go figure....

Clean location. Parking lot is very small and next to impossible to get in and out at lunch time. Food is consistent and fresh . I like the lettuce wraps, called unwiches here. On the expensive side I think. Sandwiches are small also compared to other sub places,

Not freaky fast. Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery they said 20 minutes did not come until one hour and 5 mins later. Will not order from this location ever again!
